Under the guidance of the City of Doraville Administration, it will be the responsibility of the selected party to prioritize, plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, review, and budget activities associated with, but not limited to, the development, improvement, and design of parks, trails, and urban area projects. The expectation is that selected parties will provide the technical skills necessary for capital improvement or maintenance projects, or evaluate such projects on very short notice, and on an as-needed basis, as determined by the City. Some projects may involve Federal, State, or County grant funding in addition to City funding which may include additional reporting requirements.
