Under the guidance of the City of Doraville Administration, it will be the responsibility of the selected party to prioritize, plan, organize, staff, direct, coordinate, review, and budget activities associated with capital projects, Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) funding, and related Special-Purpose Local-Option Sales Tax (SPLOST) funded activities. The expectation is that selected parties will provide the technical skills necessary for the successful implementation of Capital, LMIG, and SPLOST programs. The selected party must have a demonstrated history of effective collaboration with staff and the community to achieve desired programmatic outcomes.

The City must receive proposal packages no later than 4:30 PM EST, October 23rd, 2020. The City will not consider proposals received after the time and date specified for the opening; the City will return late proposals unopened. Furthermore, proposals are legal and binding when submitted.  Proposals will not be accepted if sent by facsimile or e-mail.
