The City of Doraville has issued this Request for Proposal for the purpose and intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified Offerors to conduct a space needs assessment to accommodate City facilities within potential new, walkable development proposed for the current location of the City owned facilities.
The design for this new downtown area has yet to be developed, but the City is looking to identify how much space is needed to accommodate City operations within this future walkable destination.
