Director of Finance. As city’s chief financial officer, responsible for the custody and safekeeping of all city funds, in addition to assuring the maintenance and efficient operation of the accounting system for all city departments. City Clerk. Serve as the official record keeper of the city. Ensure proper custody of the official originals of agendas and minutes, ordinances, resolutions, proclamations, contracts and agreements, zoning maps and other city documents. Provide administrative support to the Mayor and Council, and City Manager. As the city engineer manage the design, construction and maintenance of the municipal infrastructure; oversee the management and maintenance of the storm water system, vehicles and equipment, city janitorial service and waste management services.
